description
Arts Council England are seeking a supplier to help evaluate the impact of the ERF on organisations and individuals. The ERF was a £160m fund announced by Arts Council on 24th March 2020, with support by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and HM Treasury, to support individuals and organisations across the cultural sector in response to the Covid-19 crisis. The evaluation will help to better understand both the application process and impact the fund has had including whether the ERF achieved its purpose in supporting the survival or organisations and continued practice of individuals.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
