The purpose of the contract is to commission a package of support for a service user is a white British 9 year old male who lives at home with his mother who is a sole carer. RC has been an inpatient at Alder Hey since January 2016 where he was diagnosed with status dystonicus (continuous severe dystonia requiring rescue medication).
