The Council’s aim is to have as soon as practicable and by January 2018 at the latest a total of fifteen (15) units of supported accommodation within Walsall for Walsall’s homeless young people, aged 16 to 25, (referred to in this document as ‘the Service’) that;
| • | Gives Service User’s the help they need in the way that they need it; |
| • | Helps the vast majority of Service Users ‘ stand on their own two feet’ within a reasonable period of time; and |
| • | Helps a Service User avoid future homelessness. |
