Effective partnerships for marine nature recovery

Natural England is seeking to generate new insights to improve the way in which we do partnership working in coastal and terrestrial environments. These insights will help Natural England to better understand the role of partnerships in nature recovery and their ability to support emerging policy and market mechanisms intended to meet national and international targets as defined by the 25 YEP and EIP. We are particularly interested in understanding what makes an effective coastal partnership. Advancing understanding of the governance structures of coastal partnerships and how these relate to dimensions of efficiency, effectiveness, equity and legitimacy in delivering for nature.
