Market Engagement for Adult Sexual Assault Referral Service (SARC) in Derbyshire

NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of The NHS Commissioning Board operating as NHS England (Midlands) (the Contracting Authority) wish to commission an integrated forensic medical examination service and sexual assault referral centre (SARC) for the Derby and Derbyshire police force area.

NHS England - Midlands is looking to engage with the market to gain interested parties views on the possible structure of the ITT. A series of questions are available in a short questionnaire which interested parties are requested to complete. The estimated contract value is £740,000 per annum,

Following this, a market engagement event has been organised for Wednesday 2nd March 2022. The event will consist of:

• a.Presentations on the proposed tender structure and process
• b.An opportunity to comments on the national service specification and discuss performance indicators
• c.After the presentation by the Commissioner, there will be an opportunity for potential bidders to have a 1:1 sessions with the Commissioners to discuss their views and opinions. Please note these sessions will not be more than 30 minutes each.

Both the Market Engagement event and the 1:1 sessions will be held on MS Teams.
