Servers, Chassis & Associated Equipment Call Off Contract

Public Health England (PHE) issued this tender under RM 1054 (Technology Products) Lot 1 for the purchase of equipment to extend a Hewlett Packard server racks.

PHE is also looking to place a call off agreement for the supply of UK specification Hewlett Packard server equipment, associated equipment (i.e rack chassis) and support contracts for said HP equipment. The call off agreement will last for a period of 2 years from the award date.

Please show with your submission the percentage mark up on the current UK HP pricing. PHE reserves the right to terminate the call off agreement if there is a significant rise in the mark-up percentage against the UK HP pricing that does not conform with any Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases (see Section 2.8.4 and 2.8.5).
