2172/LM - Window Cleaning Services - Main Campus & Accommodation and Commercial Services buildings

The University of Sheffield requires an innovative and customer facing Contractor to undertake its Window Cleaning Service. The works comprises the cleaning of windows internally and externally to the University Buildings, in the most cost effective and safety conscious methods suitable to each individual building. The University Campus is continuously changing as will the detail of the schedule of buildings to be serviced, in relation to refurbishments, new builds and disposals.

The Cleaning Services shall be divided into two lots

This is a OJEU Restricted exercise. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University`s e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender, they must be submitted via the In-tend System.

Your tender response must also be submitted through InTend to arrive by the date and time specified. Late tenders will not be considered.

Closing date for receipt of SQ tenders: 3rd April 2019 at 12 noon (UK time).
