description
Undertake fit out works on the 2nd floor of an existing and occupied 3 storey office facility and installation of fence for outdoor play space. These works include, but are not limited to:
| 1. | Conversion and fit-out of existing space on 2nd floor to accommodate up to 450 pupils. |
| 2. | School access. |
| 3. | Installation of fence outlining additional school play area. |
| 4. | School playground multisport outline. |
Works that must be completed as minimum for Sept 2017:
Internal:
| 1. | 8-10 classrooms |
| 2. | Sixth form spaces |
| 3. | Dining area + servery |
| 4. | 9 pupil and separate staff w.c's |
| 5. | 2 office |
| 6. | Reception + medical room |
| 7. | Tea point |
| 8. | Comms room |
| 9. | Indoor PE / exam space |
| 10. | Cleaners cupboard |
| 11. | Storage |
| 12. | Sixth form study + social |
External:
| 13. | 3m fence + gates + barrier to proposed external PE space installed ASAP |
| 14. | 2.1m fence to rest of external space installed ASAP |
Remaining works will be completed following sectional completion of the works above.
The contractor's methodology must include for working within occupied buildings and have due cognisance for the working environment in which the end user operates. The successful contractor will need to work around the school operators business needs considered for the project.
It is necessary for the contractor to demonstrate and evidence success on delivering previous EFA Free School Projects.

The uploaded GA drawings display the works to be conducted under this expression of interest. These works will be required to be undertaken during both term time and holiday periods.
Expression of interest are only required from companies who are able to work in occupied buildings and are flexible in their approach to work around current users and the incoming end users.
