Children's residential placements - solo provision

Hampshire County Council wants to engage with providers of children's residential care who are interested in building children's homes in Hampshire for children who require solo placements. We also want to engage with providers with experience in related services who have the expertise to create such service.

At the moment, there are insufficient placement options for Hampshire children who need solo placements either because of their needs or risks. We are aiming to create a block contract with an experienced provider to fill this gap.

You would be able to create this provision in Hampshire within an ambitious but achievable timeframe. The block contract would help us to work with you in partnership in achieving positive, progressive outcomes for children and young people and to give you security in future income.

Interested providers are asked to register on the Council's tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home and express an interest in the project.
