description
The Queen's Birthday Parade (QBP) is the major annual State Ceremonial event in June for which tickets are allocated both to the Permanent Allocation List (PAL) and the general public. The PAL consists of Royal Palaces, Other Government Departments (OGDs) including the Prime Minister's Office, embassies and UK military formation HQs. On the two weekends prior to the QBP, full dress rehearsal parades are undertaken (Reviews) for which similar ticketing arrangement are made, these are known as the Colonel's Review and the Major General's Review. The seating capacity for all events is 6500, for 2022 there will only be a PAL for the QBP. This parade and the Tickets are both significant State occasions that need to be successful in order to protect this high State occasion with the Integrity and display that it deserves.
The requirement is to identify and outsource a web based electronic ticketing system for the general public and PAL to book tickets to The Queen's Birthday Parade, the Colonel's Review and the Major General's Review.
The requirement is to also provide an Admin tool that will allow real time management of tickets, bookings, invitations, reservations and payments.
