Suppliers please note that this opportunity has a PQQ stage. The attachments include the PQQ template, a reference request template, works description, specification and preliminaries. All pre-qualification questionnaires, submitted by the due date, will be evaluated and the results notified to the supplier. Invitations to tender will then be sent out to the chosen suppliers. The works refer to the external refurbishment of 19 Selleck Nicholls system built houses and bungalows in Marchwood, Hampshire. They consist of the refurbishment of the complete external envelope and include for the provision of an external wall insulation system with a rendered finish, the replacement of the doors, windows, roof, fascia, gutters, rainwater pipes and porch canopy and all associated works.
