This framework is for the servicing and testing of approximately 3500 gas, oil and biomass heating appliances.
The works covered by this contract are intended to:
| • | Comply with the gas regulations |
| • | Comply with manufacturer's instructions |
| • | Provide planned and reactive maintenance to deliver a comfortable environment to building users with a minimum of down time. |
This will be achieved by the successful contractor undertaking routine servicing that shall be reported to the Contract Administrator.
The appliances to be covered by this Contract are:
Gas, oil and biomass fuelled boilers
Gas and oil-fired water heaters
Gas fired space heaters
Gas fired radiant heaters
A small number of domestic appliances within domestic settings.
