This document sets out the specification to provide the display of printed material in general practitioner (GP) surgery waiting rooms for Public Health England (PHE). This specification forms part of the overall ITT document. The anticipated outcome of this activity is the appointment of one or more contractors.
What is Public Health England trying to achieve?
- The guaranteed display of A5 and/or DL size public health information leaflets in as many GP surgery waiting rooms in England as possible.
- The display of A3 posters in as many GP surgery waiting rooms in England as possible.
- The guaranteed display of A5 or DL size public health information leaflets in as many pharmacies in England as possible.
The successful bidder/s will be used on a call off basis only; there is no set requirement for this service.
It is possible that other Government bodies may wish to leverage the contract resulting from this ITT. Although payment for this will be by exception, it is expected that any work carried out will allow other UK Government bodies to access the same charging structure.
