This procurement exercise for Cavity Insulation Wall Extract and Refill Works (the "Works") was conducted as a Further Competition under the Efficiency North EN: PROCURE'S DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM AGREEMENT in relation to ENERGY EFFICIENCY RETROFIT INSTALLATION works (the "DPS Agreement").
