Discharge to Assess Beds

Provide dedicated nursing care beds, in a distinct and separate area, for service users who are registered with a Nottingham City, Nottingham North & East, Nottingham West or Rushcliffe GP, and meet the eligibility criteria.

Provide an "enabling" environment that promotes the short-stay nature of this assessment & therapeutic offer and emphasises independence so that service users have the best opportunity to meet their rehabilitation and reablement potential.

Additional information: How to Express Interest in this Tender. 1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once). Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT. - There may be a mixture of on-line and off-line actions for you to perform (there is detailed on-line help available).
