Provision of 24 (twenty-four) hour supported accommodation to adults with mental health needs and other associated needs.
The service will be delivered from a building base provided by the Commissioner through a Registered Social Landlord.
The Service, in partnership with care coordinators and other stakeholders, will actively promote social inclusion for each person in a variety of ways.
