The overall purpose of this Study is:

  • To assess the effects that A19 Downhill Lane will have on traffic conditions and the economy.
  • To support the scheme during the DCO examination phase.
  • 3.2.Work Required

The following is required:

  • Provide responses to any written questions on relevant traffic issues arising from the DCO examination phase.
  • Attend any relevant hearings during the DCO examination phase where expert knowledge on traffic issues may be required.
  • To undertake economic evaluation of the A19 Downhill Lane proposals as the cost estimates are updated with PCF Stages 4/5.
