description
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, acting as contract awarding authority on behalf of the CTYAc ODN (Children's Teenager and Young Adults with Cancer Operational Delivery Network) invites Tenders for the provision of website development and hosting services.
CTYAc ODN require a new website to ensure information is clear for anyone working with Children and/or Teenage & Young Adults (CYP) diagnosed with cancer. The website needs to provide clarification and pathway information for a range of specialties encountering CYP. It also needs to be accessible by CYP seeking information about their diagnosis and care.
The website will be a key communications tool, often the first point of contact for information about the CTYAc ODN. It is important that the website is responsive, informative, easy to navigate and useful for all stakeholders. It must be modern, easy to understand and a consistent experience for those needing to navigate and understand services for children and young people affected by cancer. It must create an environment that allows easier collaboration with hospitals across the region.
The initial website development contract will commence on 2nd November 2023 followed by a 12 month website hosting and support contract post website 'go-live', with options for two 12 month contract extensions thereafter.
