description

The principle objective of this tender is to appoint a single Contractor to provide a robust security service including installation of modern security systems (the “Service”) to our ORE Catapult Blyth site using suitably trained, SIA Licensed security officers in compliance with The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

The Contractor shall provide and maintain a safe and secure environment for all ORE Catapult employees, visitors, clients or any other persons working in or on its site. The Contractor shall also provide protection to all ORE Catapult assets, property, equipment and material from acts of theft, pilferage, terror, vandalism, malicious or dishonest acts and illegal entry on all sites.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision and management of the following Services:

Mobilisation and Service Transition;
Access Control System Management;
24 hour Alarm Monitoring;
24 hour CCTV Monitoring & Management;
General Security

Key Holding;

Lone Worker Support;

Site Patrols;

Building Security

  • Emergency Situations
