NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations.

The Framework will be structured using the following Lots:

• Lot 3 Civil & Structural Engineering
• Lot 4 Quantity Surveyor
• Lot 5 Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP)
• Lot 6 Principal Designer Services
• Lot 7 Multidisciplinary Services
• Lot 8 Building Surveyors
• Lot 9 Healthcare Planning
• Lot 10 Net Zero, Environmental Consultancy & Sustainability
• Lot 11 Ancillary Services
