Phase 1 - Replacement Aluminium Windows are to be installed to flats that form part of Colchester Borough Council's Housing Stock in the Dutch Quarter of Colchester, in the following areas: (1) Ball Alley, (2) John Ball Walk, (3) Nunns Road, (4) Short Cut Road, (5) Stockwell, (6) Walters Yard, (7) Wat Tyler Street & (8) West Stockwell Street (lower part). Full details will be provided within the Specification documents and it is anticipated work will commence in October 2016 and will be completed by 31st March 2017.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
The closing date for expressions of Interest in this opportunity is 17:00Hrs on Friday 28th July 2016. The closing date for submission of your pre Qualification Questionnaire is 12:00 (noon) on Monday 1st August 2016. It is anticipated subject to final planning approval that the tenders will be issued to short listed suppliers late August 2016.
