Description: LBTH is looking for experienced organisations to deliver a school fluoride varnish programme (The Healthy Teeth in Schools Programme). The programme which is targeted at children aged 3- 6 years will be delivered in nursery and primary schools across the four Tower Hamlets localities: North West (21 schools), South West (17 schools), North East (13 schools) and South East (15 schools).
The key programme outcomes are:

| • | Increasing access to dental services |
| • | Continuing dental care |
| • | Parental awareness, engagement and collaboration |
The programme will deliver parental awareness sessions and fluoride varnish application to approximately 1500 children per locality.
The organisation/s we are looking for will have knowledge of and experience of oral health promotion and dental service delivery. They will have experience of multi-agency partnership working, along with knowledge of local population needs of Tower Hamlets.
The successful tenderer will be required to demonstrate:

The programme contract will be made up of 4 lots, each lot representing a Tower Hamlets locality. Interested organisations will be able to bid for a maximum of 2 lots
The anticipated contract start date is: September 2016
The maximum value of the contract is: £35,000 for each locality per school year
For a period of: 3 years with annual renewal / break clause
