NHS Rotherham CCG: Waverley Medical Centre - APMS Contract

The key requirement of this project is to provide primary care services to the people of Waverley from a custom built medical centre, with a contract duration of 15 years.

Our vision for this, and all, general practice within Rotherham: Plans and services of all commissioners and health and social service providers in Rotherham are prioritised by needs identified in our Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and the five key Rotherham Health and Wellbeing (H&WB) Strategic aims:
