The Competition and Markets Authority ("CMA") is seeking to appoint an independent expert (or experts) ("Expert") to provide advice in relation to the CMA's market investigation into the supply of mobile browsers and mobile browser engines, and the distribution of cloud gaming services through app stores on mobile devices in the UK (the "Market Investigation").
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
