The project should deliver firm recommendations with clear justifications, and should cover benefits as well as shortcomings. Any and all materials and Intellectual Property produced in relation to this service will remain the property of DfT throughout the life of this contract and post contract conclusion. Delivery of each stage must be articulated by an appropriate project plan with a sufficient update schedule underpinned by regular contact with the Client.
