Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver communal cleaning services in the Midlands, East and South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):-
- General Cleaning tasks;
- Litter Picking and associated tasks;
- Dusting, Washing and Wiping;
- Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping;
- Lift Cleaning (where applicable); and
- Chute Cleaning (where applicable)
The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents.
The tender is split into ten (10) Lots as follows:-
- East (North)
- East (South)
- Kent (North)
- Kent (South)
- East Sussex
- West Sussex, Surrey & Brighton
- Bexley
- Midlands (North & East)
- Midlands (Central & North)
- Midlands (South & West)
