TfL 94418 - The Provision of a Consultancy Team to undertake a Housing Density Study for the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of a Consultancy Team to undertake a housing density study. Please note that the estimated value of the Contract is £40k-£60k. The actual Contract Period is four months. The six-month period stated in this advert includes any possible extension.

Transport for London is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the LLDC.

The appointed Consultancy Team shall have architecture, urban design, master planning and desktop publishing/document producing expertise as well as development viability expertise.

The procurement process is being carried out electronically via the TfL's eTendering portal: ProContract from ProActis, "the Portal".
