description
North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are inviting expressions of interest to assist NHS commissioners in London to rapidly establish short-term residential accommodation for individuals in London who are COVID symptomatic, and who are currently hostel dwellers and/or rough sleepers.
There are two elements of service provision - the accommodation; and the supportive care. Expressions of interest are sought from providers having the potential to provider either, or both of these elements.
Immediate engagement is invited to understand what solutions might be possible, with the services commencing ASAP, for an initial duration of 3 months from ASAP in July, and possibly until the end of March 2021.
The accommodation requirements will need to be accessible within Greater London and involve up to 6 beds.
Further details of the requirements are set out within the attached draft Specification of Requirements.
Additional information: ***Potentially interested providers are invited to engage urgently by making contact via email initially to hlp.homelesshealthcovid19team@nhs.net (please send copy emails also to susan.harrison22@nhs.net), Susan Harrison can also be contacted directly on 07949 176605.
Following, and in light of the outcomes of this immediate market engagement phase, NHS commissioners will assess and determine how to progress establishing the required service, including what process will be used to establish any contract(s). Rights are reserved to award a contact(s) directly, particularly given the urgency to put these service requirements into place.
