WP3337 - Provision of Channel Shift - Outline Business Case

The Council wishes to procure consultancy services from an organisation that can provide support, assistance, knowledge and expertise to help complete the Channel Shift outline business case for change, using the analysis and data gathered during the last 3 months.

Walsall Council has embarked on a Transformation Programme, and one of our key areas of work is Channel Shift. Therefore the Council wishes to procure consultancy services from an experienced proven organisation who has previously produced robust business cases and subsequently delivered the change, relating to Channel Shift and Digital Agendas, that have helped organisations to drive down transactional costs, improve customer service and make the best use of technology.

We have already started a piece of work analysing our potential savings in this area. We require an external consultant service organisation to provide a report outlining potential solutions with an options appraisal (including estimated costs), which can be presented to our programme board and Senior Management Team, alongside our existing analysis and data which has been gathered during the last 3 months by the Interim Transformation Manager, Service Delivery Manager and in house business analysis.
