Photo and Video Production services

Nottinghamshire County Council intends to assign a framework of video producers and photographers to undertake jobs on an ad hoc basis in and around Nottinghamshire.

Both high quality photography and video is needed for a diverse range of media - advertising, campaigns, the website, events etc.

Supplier(s) will be required to meet project briefs to specification and within an agreed time with some partnership working with particular department delegates when required.

It will be expected that suppliers should be within an hour and a half of travel time from County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham due to the focussed locations of the work needed and the requirement for an immediate response within a short timeframe when demand dictates.

The framework will operate at nil value (no guarantee of work) as jobs are dependent on continuing budget reviews, but the framework will be the only source of supply for this work.

NCC require a Framework Contract with a maximum of 9 suppliers across the photography and video production range of specialisms to deliver quality products and services.

Lot 1 Photography - Maximum of 6 suppliers, (with the option to increase this number to ensure all specialisms are covered).

Lot 2 Videography- Maximum of 3 Suppliers (with the option to increase this number to ensure all specialisms are covered.)
