GB-Colchester: Catering Services for Events

1.3The Council is looking for a preferred Service Provider(s) to further develop the Services which we currently offer at our venues, with the primary focus of managing drinks and catering requirements for a variety of functions and events. These can be anything from canapes to silver service dinners, with varying capacities from 2 to 700 seated guests. We are inviting tenders from suitably qualified and resourced Service Providers for the supply of catering and bar services for events at Colchester Town Hall, Colchester Castle, Charter Hall, and Castle Park.

Site visits for the venues will be held between 7 and 13 July. Further details are available with the tender documents in the portal.

Completed bids to be submitted through the portal no later than 12 noon on Monday 25 July 2016.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
