1. Demolition, striping out and isolation of existing services, (2) Structural Alterations, (3) External Doors & Windows, (4) Decoration, (5) Kitchen Fitting, (6) Plumbing, (7) Ventilation, (8) Electrical works, (9) Drainage & (10) External Works
