The Council has set up a Help to Live at Home Framework Agreement involving 8 Providers working across 5 zones. There is a requirement to identify a provider to provide additional capacity in the West Zone. The Council will enter into a Framework Agreement with the selected Service Provider and will then call off Services. Tenderers will need to demonstrate that they can deliver at least 33 percent of the new business in the zone.
