Substance Misuse Community Rehabilitation and Psychosocial Interventions Serv

Essex County Council (ECC) is looking for suitably experienced providers to deliver a Community Rehabilitation and Structured Intervention Service for people with substance misuse issues.

The service will provide highly intensive community treatment as a more effective alternative to residential rehabilitation. This service will incorporate the structured psychosocial elements of the existing Structured Intervention Service and provide a robust platform from which these will be delivered.

The contract duration is expected to be 7 years with an estimated available budget of £950,000 per annum.

Being classified as Health and Social Services, this procured is being tendered under the Light Touch Regime.

The supplier portal will be used throughout the procurement process, and all communications with Essex County Council relating to this procurement exercise must be via the supplier portal. The supplier portal has instructions on how to use the system and access the information as well as a help desk to assist Bidders.

Essex County Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement exercise and/or not to award all or part of a contract. Essex County Council will not be responsible for any costs incurred by Providers in relation to this procurement exercise.
