Beach Wedding Operation Concession on Bournemouth Seafront

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council is looking for an experienced wedding operator to provide a Beach Wedding operation on Bournemouth Seafront. The area is approximately 15 meters x 30 meters. The licence period will be for two years and 6 months beginning 1st April 2020

The licence period is for 2.5 years starting 1st April 2020 to 30th September 2022.

The Operator is required to provide a high-quality Beach weddings operation using the unique fully licensed Beach Wedding Hut, to provide the opportunity for marriages and civil partnerships to take place on the Site. The Operator should provide a full wedding planning service, undertaking all booking inquiries & client liaison during and after the wedding celebrations. The Operator should provide multiple wedding packages (ceremony only; ceremony plus wedding breakfast; evening receptions etc.) and details are to be provided as part of the tender.

The Operator will be expected to provide all the logistical requirements for the provision of the wedding ceremonies and receptions including site management, toilets and security of the Site and equipment required both before, during and after each beach wedding.
