*Call for Competition* TRHR3301: Provision of CIPD Learning to Department for Transport Staff

The Department for Transport intends to procure a contract to provide delivery of CIPD accredited qualifications in the United Kingdom at Foundation, Associate and Advanced Levels. Upon completion of a qualification, learners will receive the relevant CIPD membership depending on the qualification.

The qualifications to be delivered are:

• CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
• CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management
• CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development
• CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management
• CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development

Given the dispersed nature of the DfTc HR workforce, the Supplier must facilitate fully remote delivery for all the CIPD Qualifications - but may offer additional delivery options.

The DfT's detailed technical and other requirements for this opportunity (Requirements) are set out in Schedule 2 (Requirements Specification). The Contract will have a duration of three years, and a maximum value of £100,000.

The deadline for receipt of clarification questions will be 15:00 on Friday 19 July 2024.

The Authority's target date for responses to clarifications is 15:00 on Friday 26 July 2024.

The deadline for submission of bids will be 15:00 on Friday 9 August 2024.

The Authority's target date for notification of our contract award decision is Friday 23 August 2024
