description
The Council requires a suitably experienced supplier to carry out Glulam Fasica Replacement works at the Littledown Leisure centre, Bournemouth. The centre opened in 1988 and is of mainly glulam construction.
A recent inspection revealed an area of damage to the glulam fascia and the services required include the management, design, construction and completion of the replacement of an existing failed Glulam fascia, associated waterproofing to a curved feature roof, drainage and other related works as detailed in the Employer’s Requirements. The works are to commence at the start of September 2016 and be completed before Christmas 2016.
