Internal refurbishment of existing industrial unit to allow for relocation of ISCAL factory and internal architectural fit out providing ancillary office and welfare facilities. Works include comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical installations providing power, lighting, heating and ventilation throughout building together with compressed air/water treatment to machinery.
