The University of Worcester is seeking a contractor for weekday cleaning of communal areas of its off-site managed accommodation properties. This currently comprises of two properties in central Worcester (WR1) with a total 15 kitchens and communal areas. There will also be a requirement for deep cleaning of these two properties and other University managed properties (expected to be in range of 45-60) on an annual basis and on an adhoc basis.
