description
NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting Proposals with Quotations for Consultancy support in relation to Primary Care Provider Development and Resilience. This is an important piece of work and forms part of a wider programme designed to deliver key objectives for Primary Care nationally and locally. The programme has four work streams, one of which is focused on 'Provider Development & Resilience'. Through this local GP practices and primary care providers who need or want assistance to develop their resilience, sustainability, forward plans and (in turn) improved outcomes, will be supported by the successful provider(s) to identify priorities and deliver against a tailored action plan. The service requirements are broken down into 4 main areas: Strategic Planning & Workforce Development, Management, Finance & Commercial and Quality Assurance Processes and Reporting.
The total affordability limit for providing the 4 areas of the service specification is £130,500. Please refer to the ITQ documentation for details of the individual upper affordability limits.
The intention is to have contract(s) awarded by 15th March 2017, and for service to commence as soon as possible within March. The anticipated duration of the contract is 6 months. A key requirement, therefore, is for the Provider(s) to have sufficient capacity and flexibility to deliver within these timescales.
Note: The value of the contract for this service is below the EU Procurement Threshold. Neither this notice, or any organisation's expression of interest and/ or proposals, commit the CCG to complete a procurement process or award any contract(s) of Consultancy support in relation to Primary Care Provider Development & Resilience, and the CCG has a right to withdraw the notice. ***Providers are invited to submit their proposals with quotation via email to alex_long@nhs.net. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS 4PM, FRIDAY 10th MARCH 2017.
