Prply the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust for a 24 month contract starting in April 2018.
prices also to be available for use by the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopeadic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust with a view to them looking into using these items.
Quantities stated are approx EACH usage per annum (based on historical data) and will be ordered as & when required during the period.
PLEASE QUOTE your price EACH and state the UOM you can supply in.
Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts.
