Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of expert external advice to provide independent subject matter expert (SME) support to:
| - | Review and outline the technical approaches to decision support tools |
| - | Assess the capabilities of commercially available products against Highways England's requirements |
| - | Engage with suppliers and the IAMIS team to support effective information management interfaces e.g. through an Application Programming Interface (API) or similar communication protocol |
