Rochdale Borough Council would like to invite providers to express their interest and bid for the provision of Transforming Care - Keyworkers.
The successful provider will provide 2 keyworkers who will work closely with Children's Commissioners and the Designated Clinical Officer (DCO) in supporting children with complex learning difficulties and or Autism in navigating and challenging the system.
