description

NHS Central London, West London and Hammersmith & Fulham Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) currently commission a Homeless Peer Advocacy service across the tri-borough. In addition, Central London CCG commissions an enhanced, targeted peer advocacy service and intends to now commission a co-ordination element of the contract to support their homeless intermediate care programme.

The CCGs are inviting expressions of interest from providers with a view to seeking input and feedback from potential providers of these services to help inform the CCG as it considers its requirements and, crucially, routes to market. Responses received will assist to inform the Commissioner as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT.

A draft Memorandum of Information (MoI) and draft service specification are available for review. An engagement questionnaire has also been developed to capture input from providers to help inform the CCG's key decisions around this service. The annual contract value is anticipated to be £185,000 with the total potential contract value relating to the above service circa £ 555,000 (based on a 2 year contract with the option to extend by up to a further year). The intention is to have a contract awarded by July 2017 and for services to commence by October 2017.

*** PROVIDERS ARE INVITED TO EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST by emailing the completed questionnaire to siobhan.herron@nhs.net. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS is 4PM, WEDNESDAY 26TH APRIL 2017.

Note: An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in any subsequent procurement process nor does it infer any special status on those providers who do submit an interest. Neither will this notice or any organisation's expression of interest, commit the CCG to undertaking any procurement of the Homelessness Peer Advocacy and Co-ordination service. The CCGs also reserve the right to withdraw the notice.
