Warning Zone

This is a Contract Award Notice.

Warning Zone are the current provider and are uniquely placed to deliver these sessions with significant capital costs already having been invested in the "zones".

Warning Zone are able to maintain a consistent level of service and have strong links with schools and other educational/extracurricular establishments already in place.

Due to new monitoring systems being implemented to adopt an evidenced-based evaluation approach the OPCC will use this financial year to review the market and ensure no other provider is capable of providing the same level of service, to allow for a directly awarded longer term contract and to assess the position of demand for this level of service.

Procurement supports this purchase as it's a continuation of an existing agreement and there would be significant costs and disruption if we changed supplier while this is being reviewed.
