The Council are looking to procure a suitable Contractor to deliver maintenance and repairs on Ventilation and Air Conditioning (including fire dampers) equipment across the Council's portfolio. The attached specification covers the standards for Ventilation and Air Conditioning, maintenance and repairs on the Council's property portfolio. The aim is to put in place a programme to maintain the equipment in good working order which should enable the Council to adopt a more proactive approach and ensure the Council remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements. <b></b> The Contractor shall pay particular attention to the requirements of the specification and all the attached documents.
