Provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services for GP Practices in Coventry and North Warwickshire

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England & NHS Improvement - Midlands, NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG and NHS Warwickshire North CCG (referred to as the Commissioners) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Alternative Provider Medical Services for seven GP Practices in Coventry and North Warwickshire.

Bidders wishing to submit a bid will need to register and create an account on the Arden GEM EU Supply procurement portal and complete the ITT questions at the following location: https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=agcsu

The deadline for submission of completed tenders is 16:00 hrs on 13 December 2019. The ITT reference is 37366.

Services for Lot 1 - Stoke Aldermoor Clinic, Coventry are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £287,088.

Services for Lot 2 - Foleshill Surgery, Coventry are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £323,625.

Services for Lot 3 - Broad Lane Surgery, Coventry are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £326,972

Services for Lot 4 - City of Coventry NHS Healthcare Centre, Coventry are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £435,954.

Services for Lot 5 - Camphill GP Led Health Centre, Nuneaton are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £359,187.

Services for Lot 6 - The Chaucer Surgery, Nuneaton are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £274,014.

Services for Lot 7 - Satis House Medical Practice, Water Orton are offered for a contract duration of 5 years with the option for the Commissioner to offer an extension of 2 years. The contract per annum is £315,537.

The contract offered will be Alternative Provider Medical Services which will start on 1 July 2020. Bidders are required to take their own advice on whether TUPE or COSOP will apply to this tender / Lot they are bidding for and their specific submitted bid.
