description
We are looking to work with an expert provider in Business Continuity Services that, in alignment with the best practice of ISO 22301, can:
Assess our current business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements including but not limited to:
| - | Cascade Lists |
| - | IT disaster recovery plan |
| - | Business Continuity plan |
| - | Terrorist / Bomb threats procedures |
In line with Best Practice - make suggested improvements and recommendations that mean we have a suite of tools, plans and procedures fit for our premises and services. These improvements and recommendations should take into account the current and future market offerings for continuity services, as well as our IT strategy that will see a move of services to the Cloud. Construct and create a suite of documents and records that underpin these plans.
Work with the organisation to create cascade lists which will be required to be held off site by the people named in the plan. An appropriate solution to this should be recommended.
Create a set of training materials and guides, including ‘train the trainer material’.
Provide training on new plans and arrangements to :
- Senior Leadership Team
- Staff who may have a role within the plans and arrangements
- All staff where required / necessary
Assist us in carrying out a test of the plans.
Create a communications plan underpinned and supported by suitable communication tools to ensure we can reach the organisation and keep them updated in the event of a disaster or outage.
