Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (the ‘Council’) wishes to enter into a contract for the Processing of its Co-mingled Dry Recycling (the ‘Contract’). The contract scope comprises of a single lot:
Processing of Co-mingled Dry Recycling.
The main objective of the Contract is to provide an efficient and effective service with a strong emphasis on value for money and maximising recycling wherever possible.
