Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau o gwmpas diwedd Mai 2023 a bydd yn rhedeg am gyfnod o 3 blynedd gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn gan 2 flynedd arall mewn cyfnod o 12 mis.
